Guest Arrivals & Departures
Bedrooms will be ready from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Guests are welcome to arrive before this time. On departure, rooms are to be vacated by 10.30am.
The Free Hotel car park is situated adjacent to the hotel, limited to 28 spaces and has CCTV security.
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract.
We regret there can be no reduction for meals not taken.
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per room is payable on confirmation for booking on one or more nights. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
If you should cancel or curtail your reservation after 12 midday, two days prior to your arrival date, the entire duration of your stay will be charged as the cancellation fee. For bookings of four nights or four rooms or more, a seven day cancellation policy will apply.
We strongly recommend Holiday Insurance, which is not expensive and avoids all embarrassment on both sides if a cancellation becomes necessary.
We also reserve the right to refuse admission to the Hotel should a Guest’s behaviour and attitude be of an unacceptable standard. We also expect our Guests not to cause annoyance or embarrassment to other Guests. Guests who are unwilling or unable to comply will be asked to leave the premises and no refunds will be given.
All terms apply as quoted in writing at time of booking.
Smoking within the Hotel is illegal including bedrooms and balconies, a charge of £150 will be made to any person smoking in their bedroom.
We never sell or pass your details to any third party organisations. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Our online booking system uses a secure server. All payment details are processed using industry standard payment processors, this means we do not have access to your credit card details. This private information is not stored on our servers.
