All bedrooms are en-suite - with bath and shower.
All Rooms are non-smoking.. The hotel has a lift, however ground floor rooms are available.
Prices include full English Breakfast and VAT @ 17.5%.
Rooms are let as Double, Twin and Singles - Family Rooms are also available.

Childrens Rates, (Cot/Bed and Breakfast).

Babies under two years	£9.50 per day
Children under five years	£12.50 per day
Children five to ten years	£20.00 per day
Children eleven and over	£25.50 per day
Adult rates apply from sixteen years old.

Children are welcome and reductions are offered when sharing accommodation with 2 adults.
Cots and high chairs are available.

Booking Conditions

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract.
We regret there can be no reduction for meals not taken.
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per room is payable on confirmation for booking on one or more nights.
We strongly recommend Holiday Insurance, which is not expensive and avoids all embarrassment on both sides if a cancellation becomes necessary.
Cheques must be presented four banking days prior to departure.
All terms apply as quoted in writing at time of booking.

Guest Arrivals

Bedrooms will be ready from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Guests are welcome to arrive before this time.

Pets

Pets are only permitted by prior arrangement.

The Free Hotel car park is situated adjacent to the hotel, limited to 28 spaces and has CCTV security.
