Covid-19 Procedures


We will continue to provide our usual warm hospitality whilst ensuring the safety of our loyal Team and valued Guests, therefore our procedures have been amended accordingly.


Please be assured that we have carried out risk assessments which are continuously reviewed to ensure we are taking the reasonable measures recommended by the Welsh Government and that our Team are fully trained and Covid aware.


Please find below the key points:



  • We are operating a flexible cancellation policy. Please do not travel to the Hotel if you or anyone in your household or group are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms.
  • Our Leisure Facilities (Swimming pool Steam Room & Heated Loungers) when available, are operating with limited capacity, on a 45 minute time slot basis. These are bookable during your stay and are subject to availability. Please be aware, we do not have a Jacuzzi at the hotel.
  • The Hotel will be able to trace all of our Guests under the current Test, Trace and Protect scheme.
  • We have reduced Hotel capacity.
  • Hand sanitisers are provided at the Entrance, Exit and key areas.
  • We will endeavour to stagger check in and have extended the breakfast time to minimise queues.
  • The accommodation balance will be requested on check in and contactless payments during the stay are preferred to minimise queuing on check out.
  • We are operating a safer check in process and your room key will be sanitised for your arrival. Unfortunately, we will be unable to show Guests to their rooms. If assistance with luggage is required, this will be brought separately and left outside the room.
  • The lift is limited to 2 people or one household, Guests are encouraged to use the stairs.
  • Non essential high tactile items have temporarily been removed from the bedrooms. Cleaning protocols in all areas have been strengthened to focus on High Impact Touchpoint areas.
  • Room servicing will not be carried out automatically, but on request. Guests must vacate the bedroom for this to be carried out and are requested where possible to store away their belongings.
  • Guests are requested to keep their room keys with them during their stay. Please note: any lost keys will incur a charge of £50.00.



Guests are politely requested to be considerate of other Guests and our Team. We also rely on Guest's honesty to inform us if they experience symptoms during their stay.


We appreciate the support and patience of all our Guests as together we continue to adapt to this new way of providing our hospitality and service.
